Mike Ryan is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 20 years of leadership in restaurant and hotel development, openings, and operations. Previously, he was the Corporate Director of Beverage for Acurio International, where he opened bars and restaurants in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. In his prior role as National Director of Bars for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, he launched award-winning bar concepts nationwide, developed talent through national training programs, and led a beverage program recognized as MarketWatch’s “On-Premise Player of the Year.” Mike is also passionate about cycling, both on land and in Dimir colors.
