Chad Michael George is a Denver-based hospitality veteran of 20+ years. He is also an executive board member for the CO Bartenders’ Guild and EatDenver. Chad is a Certified Sommelier, Certified Sherry Wine Specialist and a graduate of the prestigious B.A.R. 5 Day Program (Top Blind Taster - 2012.) Chad was chosen for 2016 Food & Wine Magazine’s “Top Mixologists” and is widely recognized as a leading expert in spirits, mixology and hospitality around the United States. Chad is the Director of Community Development for Bars.com and consults for beverage programs and overall operations for projects of all sizes. In his time off, you will usually find him scuba diving, playing golf or driving too fast on a winding mountain road.
